Annie Lee Smith, 90, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

A MASK IS required.

A native of Christian County, she was born August 21, 1931, daughter of the late Evert Smith and Bertha Cushenberry Smith.

Annie was a member of Pleasant Green C.M.E. Church. She had worked several years in the Housekeeping Department at Pinecrest Nursing Home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Smith Fuqua,

brother, Roy Brewer three sisters, Essie M. Smith Forrest, Mary Kirby and Katherine King.

Annie is survived by three sons, George Forrest, Jr., Charles E. Forrest, Frank J. Smith, three daughters, Rose M. Miller, Essie M. Smith, Elizabeth A. Smith, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
