Ansean Montiel Jackson, 52, Lexington, passed on Sunday, August 13, 2023.

Ansean was the son of Annis Gwen and Marcus Johnson,Sr. and William H. Jackson Sr. He was born on March 26, 1971, in Christian Co.

He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church where he was baptized at the age of 10. He attended Church of God in Jesus where Rev. Ann Freeman is the Pastor. Ansean worked as an landscaper.

He enjoyed music, fishing, dancing, socializing, cooking, writing and being a photographer. He graduated from Hanua High School in Hanua, Germany, where he was a part of the High School National Honor Society. He attended University of Maryland and studied overseas for one year IN Germany.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Mary Jackson; maternal grandparents, James and Katie Williams; and sister, MarKesha E. Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Tango Hopes, Marcus E. Johnson, Jr., Jarrell D. (Ashley) Johnson; other siblings,  Jacqueline Jones, William (Devlin) McNeil, Mercedes Dube, and Brandy Jackson; special niece and nephew, Germiah Andre Hopes and Kree Parker Johnson; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and loving cousins.
