Barbara Gean Sebree Gaines, 78, Hopkinsville, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Hopkinsville, KY.

Barbara, the daughter of the late Claude Sebree and Johnny Foster Sebree, was born on August 14, 1947,in Todd County, KY.

Barbara was a member of Allen Grove Baptist Church where she was the Church Secretary and Treasurer. She was also a member of the choir. She was employed as a daycare worker with Little Professional Family Childcare. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, taking care of children, dancing and singing, shopping and dressing.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings.

Survivors include her husband, Cleveland (June) Gaines, Jr.; children, Michael (Yolanda) Gaines, Pamela (Jeffery) Hunter, Phillip (Carla) Gaines; sister, Georgia Mae (Eddie) Beeler; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
