Basil Markus Cornwall, 51, Oak Grove, passed on Friday, January 6, 2023, of natural causes.

Basil, the son of Keith and Veletia Cornwall, was born on March 4, 1971, in the Bahamas.

Basil served in the U.S. Army for 13 years.

He enjoyed watching sports and setting up as a vendor at flea markets.

In addition to his parents, survivors include, his wife, Felicia Cornwall; 3 children, Lauryn Cornwall, Alyssa Cornwall, Gabriella Cornwall; 4 step-children, Kristie (Tavoras) Cliatt, Shaneika Sams, Taneika Sams, Kirlicia Sams; 6 siblings, Barry Cornwall, Patricia Cornwall, Ezra Cornwall, Andrew Cornwall, Deborah Cornwall, Angela Cornwall; 10 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
