Betty Jane Brewer Dulin, 69, Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Nashville, TN.

Betty, the daughter of the late William Douglas Brewer and Betty Davis White Brewer, was born on January 25, 1956, in Christian County, KY.

Betty, at an early age, joined New Asia Baptist Church and later became a member of Bethel Berry Baptist Church. She was employed as a case worker with the Department of Community Based Services. She enjoyed cooking, baking, folding clothes and ironing. She was a mentor to everyone that enjoyed being a help to others. Betty was a people's person and very active within her church. She was the owner of All My Children daycare and opened her home to many teenagers. She had a big heart and carried many people around in her personal vehicle.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sibling, Ruth Epps, Charles (Mike) Brewer, and Steven L. White.

Survivors includer her husband, Charlie A. Dulin; children, James Humphries; Shaza Dulin, Timothy (Samatha), Christopher Dulin, and Timberly (Daniel) White; siblings, Marilyn Brewer, Kathy McGinnis, Ricky White, Rita Brewer Downey; 7 grandchildren; bonus grandchild, Jakayla Epps.
