Carolyn Kay Clay Wilder, 67, Oak Grove, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in Clarksville, TN.

Carolyn, the daughter of the late Mary Lue Clay, was born on December 20, 1957, in Harlan, KY. She attended Good Hope Baptist Church and was the Housekeeping Supervisor at Tennova Hospital. She enjoyed listening to Gospel music and working crossword puzzles.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded by death by her husband, Evangle "Skeeter" Wilder, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Michael (Nikki) Wilder, Michelle (Carlton) Hoskins, and Christopher Wilder; Bonus children, Monell (Teneka) Kennedy and Catina (James) Oates; Siblings, Barbara (Ed) Chumley, Kathy Sweatt, and Wayne Becker; a host of grandchildren; Great grandchild, Lorenzo Kennedy; Best friend/ sister in Christ, Ernestine Merriweather.
