Cassandra "Sally" Watkins Hampton, 65, Hopkinsville, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023.

"Sally" was the daughter of the late Luevenia Watkins and raised by the late Moses Thomas Kendrick, Sr. She was born on January 22, 1958, in Hopkinsville, KY.

She attended St. John Baptist Church and later attended Durrett Avenue Baptist Church. She worked in Dietary at Western State Hospital.

She enjoyed spending time with family, playing bingo and playing cards.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Kurliss White, JoAgness Russell, Frances Radford and Moses Kendrick, Jr.

Survivors include her 5 children, Shawan (Marva) Watkins, Rebecca Hampton, Vincent Hampton, Travis (Heather) Hampton, and Alisha Hampton; Devoted Companion Kenneth McLay; Siblings, Marilyn Jackson, Lacagle Kendrick, Stamard (Evelyn) Kendrick, Jere Kendrick, Sammie (Vickie) Boyd, Melanie Jackson, and Tequila Kendrick, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; Devoted Friend, Jacqueline Burse, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
