Cecelia Ardis Harley Proctor, 72, Oak Grove, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024, in Clarksville, TN.

Cecelia was the daughter of the late Thomas Gordan and Mary Blandie Harley. She was born on November 4, 1951, in Washington, DC.

Cecelia visited various churches. She was employed as a greeter with Walmart. She enjoyed dogs and taking care of them.

She is survived by her husband, George Proctor, Sr.; children, George Proctor, Jr. (Elonda) and Marchi Rodriquez; 6 siblings; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
