Cecelia Ann Wilford, 74, Woodbridge, VA, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, in Virginia.

Cecelia, the daughter of the late Betty and John Wilford, Jr., was born on September 2, 1950, in Hopkinsville, KY.

Cecelia was a member of First Street Baptist Church. She was employed as the Administrator at Christian County Health Department.

In her spare time, Cecelia loved to cook, shop, dance, spending time with her grandchild, Ethan, and being a part of his sport activities.

Survivors include her son, Dr. Jerald (Shaunee) Lynch; siblings, John Wilford, James Wilford, Betty Brewer, and Frieda Blackburn; grandchild, Ethan Lynch.
