Cecilia Demeatria Greenfield was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 24, 2022. The l oss is immeasurable and she will forever be missed.

She confessed her life to Christ at an early age and joined Durrett Avenue Baptist Church . Cecilia was a very spirited child and her smile would light up every room she entered. She loved to play softball, basketball, run track, dance, cook, exercise, play cards and travel. She was affectionately known to her sisters as Speed Racer (that girl could drive).

Cecilia met and fell in love with her husband Sean and they became inseparable . Their romance bloomed and they became engaged and married a couple years later. W hen she became a mother her life and light became even brighter as she had her baby girl Kalisha who she loved whole heartedly. She was overjoyed when she became a grandmother this year.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Hubert and Icey Ray and maternal grandparents Eugene and Elizabeth Carter.

Cecilia leaves behind her loving husband Sean, a loving and doting daughter Kalisha, and her adorable grandson, Kannon. She is also survived by her father Willie (Joyce) Ray and mother Shirley (James) West; s isters Wanda Angel Johnson, Larinda (Bennie) Jones, Shayla Ray , Shalayia Carter West, Latoyia Copeland, and Krystall (Keven) Lindsay; brother s, Rodney (Constance) Blane, Anthony (Cherie) Gerald; and a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins and friend s that will forever cherish her memory.
