Charlene "Dean" Moss Northington, 81, Hopkinsville, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025, in Christian Co. KY.

Charlene, was the daughter of the late Charlie Jordan and Athleen Rogers Jordan, was born on February 29, 1944. She was a member of Herndon Bronaugh Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's Board and Culinary Ministry. She retired, after being employed for 33 years at Jennie Stuart Medical Center as the Linen Room Manager.

Charlene enjoyed fishing and cooking for people. She was a people person who loved helping others. She is known for her hams, cooking, talking and meeting people. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch and her fish tank.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Northington; Siblings, Mary "Mae" Johnson, Claudine Jordan, and Louise Wilkerson.

Survivors include her children, Melissa Brunson, Kenneth (Jenifer) Northington, and Daryl (India) Northington; Siblings, James "Catfish" Jordan, Albert Jordan, Virginia (Charles Eugene) Cox, and Caustin "Ray" (Elaine) Jordan; Grandchildren, Maurice Brunson, Kenya Northington, Kendall Northington, Mya Northington, Jean Peterson, Armonee Northington, and Jamira Elliott; 9 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
