Charles Blair, 68 passed away, Sunday, December 13, 2021 in Wichita Falls, TX.

A native of McCormick, SC, he was born November 16, 1953, son of the late Marshall and Vangie Lee Harrison Blair.

In addition to his parents, his wife Mary Blair preceded him in death.

He is survived by three children, Chantel Brooks, Mychal Blair, and LaKeisha Ramos. Two sisters, Jacqueline Blair, Sylvia Blair, brother, Jerome Blair, 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
