Charles Shantez "Chez" Wilford, 41, passed away November 30, 2021 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

A native of Christian County, he was born September 12, 1980, son of Ruby Wilford Sommerville, Hopkinsville, KY and the late Charles Henry Davis.

In addition to his mother, Ruby Sommerville, he is survived by his father, Deon (Terry) Murphy, four children, Davonta Bacon, Jasi Wilford, Kinizia Waddell, and Zykuria Wilford. Eight siblings, Desmond Wilford, Darnell Martin, Donna Wilford, Whitney Harris, Lachelle Clark, Fantasia LeBlanc, Shalethia Murphy, and Josytlle Johnson, Paternal grandmother, Elois Murphy, and 2 grandchildren.
