Charles Henry Smoot, 64, died, Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his residence of natural causes.

A native of Christian County, he was born January 19, 1957, the son of the late Charles and Lou Bertha Buckner Smoot.

Charles was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He was a self employed Carpenter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings, Willie Osborne, Rosa Quarles and Marvin Buckner.

He is survived by nine siblings, Roger Moore, Evansville, IN; Margaret Montgomery, Clarksville, TN; Carolyn Welch, Ronnie Smoot, Bertha Buckner, Deloris Smoot, Melvin Buckner, Patricia (Rev. Chris) Chambers and Antonio Smoot all of Hopkinsville, KY
