Charles Taylor, Jr., 83, Russellville, passed on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Charles was the son of the late Charlie Taylor and Rebecca Burns Taylor. He was born on January 17, 1940, in Logan Co.

Charles was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church where her served as a Deacon, Treasurer, Maintenance/Custodian and choir member.

He enjoyed gardening, fishing and making hot tamales for over 25 years.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Henrine Duncan, Katie Taylor, Lonnie Taylor, Ernest Taylor and Edgar Taylor.

Survivors include his step-children, Victor Wells and Cheryl Clark; Ex-wife and special friend, Carolyn Taylor; Niece and Caregiver, Deborah Taylor; a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and friends.
