He enjoyed fishing, casino, playing video games, and spending time with his children.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Gilford Grubbs, John Mumford Jr., and Thomas Redd Sr. grandmother: Norma Christine.

He is survived by his  3 children: Sean Merritt, A'my'ah Mumford, and Ava Baker. parents: Jeanette Mumford, Chris Hart, siblings: Timothy (Shatara) Mumford, Marquis Hart, Shawn Boykins, and Noreshia Mumford. fiancé Amy Quarles, maternal grandmother: Norine Mumford, aunts: Sandra (Charles) Whitlock, Jennifer (James) Howard, Delores Mumford, Marsha Southern, Teresa Howard, Carmen Mills, and Gwen Waggoner. uncles: Ronnie (Carnelia) Mumford, Jerome Mumford, Steve Redd, Kenny Hart, Willie Hart, Phillip Hart, and Bobby Spikes.
