David Moss, 71, Hopkinsville, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025, in Hopkinsville, KY.

David, the son of the late Ed B. Moss an Iralene Lander Moss, was born on March 14, 1954, in Christian County, KY.

David was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church where he was an Usher, Superintendent of Sunday School, Sunday School Teacher, and Church Treasurer. He was employed at KY Job Corp. He is a 1974, graduate of HHS and enjoyed playing chess, reading and teaching the Bible, listening to gospel music and playing cards.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his niece.

Survivors include his siblings, James E. Moss, Austin W. (Teresa) Moss, Katrina L. Moss, and Wanda F. Walton; a host of nieces and nephews.
