De'MarQuavion Tre'Mont Merritt, 25, Hopkinsville, passed on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

De'MarQuavion was the son of Roshanda (Robert Hollowell) Merritt and Rodney Radford. He was born on March 5, 1998, in Christian Co.

Qua was a member of Gordonsville Baptist Church where he was a part of the Youth Department and sang in the Youth Choir. He enjoyed music, basketball, shopping and dressing, and spending time with his family and children. His smile was very contagious.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Wilson "Big John" Radford; grandmother, Reva Merritt Oldham; great-grandfather, Roy Merritt, and great-great-grandmother, Mattie B. Wilford.

Survivors include his two children, Legend Ni'Yeir Merritt and Legacy Rickelle Merritt; 3 siblings, Jayla (Kyan) Thomas, Vivica Gee, Raynage Radford; Godmother, Tonya Dillard; Godfather, Kevin Dillard; Godsister Kiara Dillard, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
