Dominick, the son of Verdell (Kimberly) Smith and Clarice (Vincent) Byers, was born on March 22, 1984, in Hopkinsville.
Dominick enjoyed watching basketball and soccer.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his siblings, Erica Steele, Mariah Bailey, Jamal Bailey, Brianna Bailey, Joshua Bailey, and Austin Prentice; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
