Donald Ray Croney, 74, Christian CO., passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, in Nashville, TN.

Donald, the son of the late John and Dorothy Croney, was born on March 21, 1950, in Christian CO, KY.

Donald was a member of Pleasant Green Baptist Church and was employed at U.S. Tobacco. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Octavia McCombs Leavinge, his brother, James Spurlin, and his sister, Barbara Merritt.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Rhonda Croney; children, Julia Wooden, Angela McKee, Tony (Treevea) McCombs, Bernetta Quisenberry, Alana Poindexter, Michael Croney, and Nicole Croney; siblings, Kathy Johnson, Rose Mary Croney, Readie (Reggie) Morgan, John (Rhonda) Croney, John (Frances) Croney, Jimmy Croney, and Sylva Croney; 20 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
