Donna Maria Hopkins Hines, 64, Fairburn, GA, passed on Monday, July 31, 2023.

Donna was the daughter of the late Everett and Louella Hopkins. She was born April 20, 1959, in Christian Co.

Donna was a member of World Changers International Church and was employed as an E.E.O. Specialist with the Veterans Administration Washington, D.C.

She enjoyed shopping, traveling, eating different foods, cooking, and participating in activities in her community. Donna was a certified minister and mediator. She started a Women's Shelter (Share Care), where she wrote grants. Donna was a trailblazer and trend setter. She started D's Delights, a bakery in downtown Hopkinsville, Ky.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Rhonda Hopkins, Joyce McNeal, Everett Hopkins, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Denaee' (Markus) Hines, Donielle Hines, Wilbur (Dedra Taylor) Hines, Jr.; siblings, Barbara Duerson, Martha Mack, Jacquelyn Waddell, Janice Meadows, Tamela Jones, Derrick Hopkins; grandchildren, Daphine Hines, Demmi Hines, and Parker Gooding; Sister/friend, Tracy Tooley; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
