Dorothy M. Massie, 82, Hopkinsville, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2024, in Princeton, KY.

Dorothy, the daughter of the late Daniel and Pauline Finch, was born on June 21, 1942, in Hopkinsville, KY.

Dorothy was a member of Durrett Avenue Baptist Church where she served as Usher, Culinary Committee, Choir and Mother's Board. She was a self-employed Janitor. She enjoyed yard sales and flea markets, picking greens, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Arlander Massie; brothers, Robert L. Finch and Wesley D. Finch.

Survivors include her sons, Barry W. (Crystal) Massie and Terry L. (Christine) Massie; Siblings, Ophelia (Frazier) Mimms, Ed (Julia) Finch, Darlynene (Fred) Jackson, and Lucy Finch (Michael Earthman); 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a host of nieces & nephews & devoted friends.
