Elizabeth Ann Smith, 53, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at TriStar-Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.

A MASK IS required.

A native of Christian County, she was born November 27, 1967, daughter of the late Walter G. Waddell, Jr. and Annie Lee Smith.

Elizabeth was a member of Means Avenue Baptist Church.

She was employed as an Automotive Production Operator with MSSC, Industrial Park.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Smith Fuqua and brother, Blake Waddell.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Dominique Analise Smith, Brothers, George Forrest, Jr., Charles E. Forrest, Frank J. Smith, sisters, Rosie M. Miller, Essie M. Smith, Virginia Ann Chambers, Alice Waddell-Hill, Linda Quarles, and one grandchild.
