Eric Lamar Greene, 43, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, in Hopkinsville, KY.,

Eric, the son of Raymond (Renea) Poindexter and Angela Greene, was born on December 28, 1981, in Madisonville, KY.

Eric was a member of First Street Missionary Baptist Church and was employed at TRAD. He enjoyed being around his family, making people laugh, dancing, traveling, and taking pictures.

He is preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents, Martha and Herman Poindexter; Maternal Grandparents, Roger Lee and Emma Jean Williams.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Nyjana Kimbrough, Elyiria Synsiere Jenkins, Tremiyah Lenori, and Jeremiah Lamar Jenkins; Siblings, LaToya Greene, Raymond Poindexter, Dominick Poindexter, De'Von Poindexter, and Tevin Poindexter; a host of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
