Ervin Lee Thorpe, 88, Elkton, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022.

Ervin, the son of the late Obbie and Lucy Thorpe Elliott, was born on January 21, 1934, in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Ervin was a member of Davis Chapel in North Carolina and worked at Lumber Co.

He was in the U.S. Army and enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his wife, Susanna W. Thorpe.

Survivors include 5 siblings, Roxie (Jerry) Allen, Joyce Cress, Roger (Gail) Elliott, Timothy (Mirian) Elliott, Michael (Loretta) Elliott; stepson, Leonard Warfield; beloved raised child, Regina Metcalfe; Devoted nieces, Angela (Cecil) Henry, Brenda (William) Galloway; and a host of other relatives.
