George Edmund Knight, Jr., 62, died Thursday, June 3, 2021 at his residence of natural causes.

Born in Louisville, KY on September 27, 1958, he was the son of Emma Knight and the late George E. Knight, Sr.

George was employed as a driver and mover for Johnson's Transfer and later Leek's Moving and Storage. He was also a US Army veteran.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Terry Lynn Knight.

He is survived by his wife, Flora Knight, his mother, Emma Knight, four children, Esha Brown, Kristy Knight, Sierra Knight, Demarus Johnson, Step-sons, Arickus Wilson, Rakeem Chambers, brother, William Keith Knight, and 13 grandchildren.
