Georgia Belle Merriweather Muir, 68, Guthrie, died Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Tennova, Clarksville of natural causes.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Gamble Funeral Home with the Rev. Marius Beard officiating.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Gamble Funeral Home.

A native of Guthrie she was born July 17, 1952 the daughter of the late Johnny Merriweather and Susie Johnson Merriweather.  She was a Homemaker and a member of of St. Paul Baptist Church, Guthrie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 6 siblings, Martha Dickerson, Goldie Merriweather, Parthenia Dobbins, William Greene, Hayes Lee Merriweather and Mary L. Quarles.

Survivors include a daughter, Felicia (William) Witt, Siblings, Sammie Merriweather, Annie Cope, Henry Douglas (Bessie) Merriweather, Goldie Hayes, Lisa Merriweather, Martha Merriweather, John Jr. Merriweather, god daughter, Penny Blackmen, and 2 grandchildren.
