Gladys Lee Whitlock Kendrick Moody, 93, Hopkinsville, passed on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Gladys, the daughter of the late George and Eva Lee Whitlock, was born on June 23, 1930, in Christian Co.

Gladys enjoyed cooking, baking, quilting, crafting and drawing in her younger years. She was a member of West Union Baptist Church where she served on the Missionary Society.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Rev. James R. Kendrick and Sister, Lillian W. McGowan.

Survivors include her Niece, Eva (Harrison) Martin; Daughter-in-law, Clara J. Kendrick; Stepdaughter, Jacqueline M. Perkins; Grandchildren, Dr. Kyra L. Kendrick, Nicole J. Williams, Dr. Gregory (Autumn) Jackson; Great-grandchildren, Nyla Williams, Llyse Williams, Isabella Jackson; Nieces, Bettye (Enis) Shelton, Brenda Kendrick-Combs; Nephews, Rev. Bruce (Virginia) Kendrick, Danny Kendrick, Faithful and devoted cousin, Lila M, Harris.
