Hayden Dalton Moore, 1 year old, Louisville, died 12:20 p.m. Monday, September 7, 2020 at Norton's Children Hospital of natural causes.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday, September 14, 2020 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Fort officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
A native of Louisville, KY, he was born December 10, 2018, son of Courtney Moore, Louisville, KY
In addition to his mother he is survived by his grandparents, Dalton Moore and Crystal Moore, both of Louisville, KY, two uncles, Jercorey Smith, Russellville, KY, Cortez Moore, Louisville, KY and the Benton Family of Russellville, KY
