Iralene Moss, daughter of the late Mamon and Olivett Tillotson Lander was born March 15 1932 in Christian County, Kentucky. She departed from this life Friday June 19​th​ at 11:15 A.M. at her home. She acknowledged our LORD JESUS CHRIST as her personal Savior and united with membership of Green Hill Baptist Church Casky, Kentucky where she was a member of the Senior Choir, Mother's Board and Missionary Circle #5. On December 24, 1950 Miss Iralene Lander married the late Mr. Edd B. Moss and to this union five children were born and now mourn her passing: James Moss, Austin (Teresa) Moss, David Moss, Katrina Moss, Wanda Moss Walton all of Hopkinsville.

She leaves to cherish her memory 10 grandchildren who would fondly called her "Mama I, Granny, Gram Gram, and Grandma, They are: Toyia Martin, Hopkinsville, Tiffany (John) Howell of Fairborn, Ohio, James Hasani (Linda) Moss, Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Maya Moss, Hopkinsville, Michaela Moss, Clarksville, TN, Mahalia Moss, Louisville, Ky., Kiyon Moss(George) Massey, Naeeta Moss (Joe III) Clark, Lexington, Ky., Ravi (Larkin) Moss, Lexington, Ky., Austin Moss II, San Jose, California. Twenty -two great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. A devoted Niece, Alice Quarles, and a host of Nieces and Nephews, and a loving Green Hills Baptist Church Family. Her brothers James Lander, Robert Lander and Mamon Lander, Jr. and sister, Rosie Louise Lander Radford preceded her in death. Also, a loving granddaughter, Mrs. Desiree Elizabeth (Jamar) Moss Blackmon preceded her in death.
