Jack Hopson Bridges, 88, Hopkinsville, passed on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Jack, the son of the late Sam and Georgia Tandy Bridges, was born on January 11, 1937, in Trigg Co., Ky.

Jack was a member of Canton Baptist Church and worked in wildlife preservation.

He enjoyed fishing and was also in the U.S. Navy.

In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by siblings, Alfred Bridges, Stanley Bridges, Sam "Pete" Bridges Jr., Major Bridges, Juanita Trail, Sally Wynn, Serena "Sweets" Black, and Barbara Dorsey.

Survivors include 1 daughter, Rolanda (Frank) Whitlock; 1 sister, Elsie Hooper; devoted cousin, Leslie (Yvonne) Sutfin Jr.; 3 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
