He was a member of Freeman Chapel CME, where he served as a Steward and on the Trustee Board. James was also a member of the Golden Saints Motorcycle Club and the Elks Lodge, reflecting his fellowship with others and his enjoyment of shared community.
James enjoyed fishing, bowling, riding motorcycles, gardening, yard work, and, above all, spending time with his family. Whether outdoors, on the road, or gathered with loved ones, he embraced life with a spirit that will not be forgotten.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Chyritea "FeeFee" Jordan, Maricial "NeeNee" (Andrew) Jordan Young, and James Lamont "Stickman" Jordan. He is also survived by his siblings, Albert Jordan, Virginia Cox, and Caustin "Ray" (Elaine) Jordan; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
