Janet Offutt, 62, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away on February 9, 2025, at Greenview Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lena Hayes and Gerald Offutt, and her daughter, Teyona Offutt. Janet touched many lives through her work teaching preschool at First Baptist Church. Her passion for nurturing young minds and her open heart for teens seeking guidance and acceptance will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her children, DeMicheal Offutt, Oshkea (Byron) Carothers, and India (Eric) Strickland; her siblings, Tonita Curry, Jordon Hayes, and Shanda Tandy; her grandchildren, Jamale (Bailee), Jaquavis, Jordyn, JaTrevion, Layla, and Jaedyn; and her great-granddaughter, Hadley. She also leaves behind a host of family and friends.
