Jannie Louise Jessup Boyd, 90, Cadiz, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in Cadiz, KY.

Jannie was the daughter of the late Coss Jessup and Lucy Jones Turner. She was born on June 13, 1933, in Trigg County.

Jannie was a member of Rocky Ridge Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's Board, Missionary Society, Culinary Committee, and the Usher Board.

Jannie was a Domestic Work for over 40 years. She loved to cook, work jigsaw puzzles, entertain and spend time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Raymond Boyd, Sr.

Survivors include her son, Arthur Raymond Boyd, Jr.; daughters, Anna Louise Civils, Debbie (Moses) Davis, Pennie (Pastor Bobby) Bacon, Raylene (Len) Copeland, and Eve Boyd; 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 7 great great-grandchildren; step grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
