Jeffery Anthony Smith, 59, died Saturday, June 12, 2021 at his home in Chattanooga, TN of natural causes.

A native of Christian County, he was born November 9, 1961, the son of the late Herbert Smith and Mary Radford Massie.

Jeffery was a member of the Worship Center. He was employed as Director of Environmental Services at Memorial Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Malinda Smiley Smith, children, Jeffery Smith, Jr., Joseph Smith, Jeremy (Tondra) Smith, and Jessica Smith. Three siblings, Howard L. Radford, Joseph Massie, Schanta Scott, and three grandchildren.
