Joe Thomas Day was born April 03, 1951 in Hopkinsville, KY to the late Willie Day and the late Zelma Moss.  He was formerly employed with the Water Company as a Technician.

He was a member of Mt Olive Baptist Church Hopkinsville, KY.

Joe Thomas Day passed away on June 19, 2020 at his residence in Hopkinsville, KY.

4 Sons: Joe (Monique) Day, Douglas Robertson Jr, Bobby Robertson, and Allan Oliver

1 Daughter: Mollie Day

Siblings: Joe (Marilyn) Brewer, Elvira Brewer, Edward Day, Leslie Day, Rev. Donald Day, Larry Day, Ray Day, Paul Day, and Lawrence Day

He was preceded in death by 4 Brothers and 5 Sisters

He leaves to mourn his passing 17 Grandchildren, 3 Devoted: Jamiya Day, Anterio Tate, and Joe Levi Day Jr.

Visitation will be held at Gamble Funeral Home from 11:30AM to 12:30PM on 06/26/2020.

A funeral for the immediate family with limited capacity only, due to social distancing will be held at Gamble Funeral Home on 06/26/2020 at 1:00PM.  Burial will be at Cave Springs Cemetery Hopkinsville, KY.
