John Matthew Grinter, 79, Russellville, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in Russellville, KY.

John was the son of the late Henry and Montra Grinter. He was born on February 23, 1945, in Russellville, KY.

John was a member of Bank Street AME and worked as a Laborer in Yard Work. He enjoyed playing checkers and listening to music on the radio.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Harry Kenneth Grinter and Robert Grinter.

Survivors include his sister, Lillie Herndon; brother, James Grinter; a host of nieces and nephews
