Lincoln Napoleon Jones, age 84, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Born on June 3, 1942, in Cadiz, Kentucky, to the late Major and Annie Mae Jones Brandon, Lincoln was a devoted member and senior usher at Green Street Baptist Church. He dedicated 30 years as a foreman at the distillery before retiring.

Lincoln's hobbies included collecting cars, solving puzzles, helping others, and tending to his lawn. He also served 4½ years in the U.S. Marines.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Jean Bacon.

 Lincoln is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Mary Pollard Jones, and his sister, Barbara Mason.
