Marvin Leslie Civils, 77, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Mask are required to attend funeral services.

Born in Stewart County, TN, on April 22, 1944, he was the son of the late Allen Oscar Sivils and Rosia Brandon Sivils.

Marvin was employed with Johnson Control from which he retired after 39 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Maloy Sivils and Eugene Sivils.

He is survived by his wife, Minnie Civils, son, Leland Civils, two step-children, Larossa Williams (Caregiver), and Michel Steen, Siblings, Jardia Williams, Laura (Paul) Coleman, Charles (Marie) Civils, 11 grandchildren and 8 grandchildren.
