Mary Lee Poindexter Cushenberry Oliphant, 88, Hopkinsville, passed on Saturday, December 10, 2022.

Mary was born on August 8, 1934, to the late Earl McClyde Poindexter and Josephine Hopson Poindexter in Christian County.

Mary was a member of First Street Baptist Church and worked as a custodian at Fort Campbell. She enjoyed cooking and loved each and everyone around her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons: Arthur Thomas and Moses Cushenberry Jr., Daughters: Betty and Mary Carolyn and one granddaughter: Andrea (Latrice) Cushenberry.

Survivors include her children, Lillie Mae Peacher, Diane Marie Cushenberry, Rev. Irvin (Gwen) Cushenberry Sr., Bobby Cushenberry; Grandchildren, Ronnie Davis, Anthony McMillian, Kearney (Kim) Peacher, Jackie McMillian, Victoria (Alvin) Parker Jr., Dishon (Bill) Campbell, Mikka (Deshawn) Jackson, Melissa Mcgee, Dedrick Cushenberry, Shannon Cushenberry, and Irvin Cushenberry Jr., 25 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. She also has a host of nieces and nephews, and friends.
