Michael Anthony Clark, age 64, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023.

Michael was the son of the late Luvenia and William Clark, Sr. He was born on July 27, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. Michael accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He was baptized at First Bethel M.B. Church in Chicago.

Michael, a U.S. Army 101st Airborne Division Veteran, spent his final years enjoying time with his children, grandchildren, and wife. He also loved listening to music, playing checkers, and enjoyed watching his favorite sports, especially his all-time favorite teams, the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Robinson-Braggs and his son, Michael A. Clark II.

Survivors include his wife, Michele Thaxton Clark; Children: Michele Clark and Michaela Elam; Siblings: William Clark, Jr. and Patricia Clark; Nephews: Reginald Braggs, Vincent Braggs, and Kenneth Braggs. Also, Michael was the loving grandfather of five grandchildren.
