Minister Wanda June "Brackie" Blaine Dillard, 87, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Russellville, KY.

Wanda, the daughter of the late Lottie Mae McGregor and Oliver Blaine, SR., was born on September 29, 1938, in Christian County, KY.

Wanda was a member of New Antioch House of Praise where she was a part of the Mother's Board and choir ministry. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, UK Basketball, and feeding everyone. She was a member of Christian Women Around the Clock and O.C.C. Group, owner of Green Lantern Farms. Shew as a caregiver and nurturer of many, who had a kindhearted spirit.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Darwin Dillard; siblings, Oliver Blaine, JR., Robert Blaine, Annie Lou Jordan, Dorothy Brewer, Beatrice Brown, and Ethel Bussell

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Lee Roy Dillard; children, Kelvin Dillard, Gary Dillard, Stacey (Faye) Dillard, SR., Carlin (Yolanda) Dillard, Pastor Perryn (Angela) Dillard, SR.; 31 grandchildren; 78 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
