Norman Douglas Tyler, 91, was born in Altoona, PA. on April 19, 1928 to the late Catherine Sullivan.  Norman was a Jehovah Witness. He was an United States Army Veteran who served his country for 22 years.  He spent most of his time in Germany.

In his spare time he enjoyed traveling and taking pictures, reading and playing video games.   He loved helping people and donating to charities.

Norman departed this life on February 25,2020.
