Patricia Ann Buckner Chambers, 59, Hopkinsville, passed on Monday, June 26, 2023.

Patricia is the daughter of the late Charles and Lou Bertha Smoot. She was born on July 19, 1963, in Christian Co.

Patricia was a member of Community Baptist Church where she was the First Lady and a member of the Usher Ministry.

She enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales, traveling, going on vacations, and spending time with her family, especially her girls.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Siblings, Willie Osborne, Rosa Mae Quarles, Marvin Buckner, Charles H. Smoot and Charles E. Smoot.

Survivors include her husband, Rev. Chris Chambers; Children, Katrice Butler and Kristian Buckner; Siblings, Roger Moore, Margaret Montgomery, Carolyn Welch, Ronnie L. Smoot, Elaine Buckner, Delores Smoot, Melvin Buckner and Antonio Smoot; Grandchildren, TaNevaeh Buckner and Kamari Butler; Best Friend, Laura Gold; and a host of nieces and nephews.
