Phillip Louis "Rawlow" Catlett, 59 passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, at Tennova Healthcare, Clarksville, Tennessee.

He was most recently employed as a factory worker at Flynn Enterprise.  He was also a self employed worker.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Michelle Nance Catlett, nine siblings, Rosa L. Coleman, Patrick A. Catlett, Reginald M. (Cathy) Catlett, Angela C. Pettus, Jerome Catlett, Chris M. Catlett, Keith R. Catlett Carlos R. (TT) Catlett, and L.G. Catlett.
