Priscilla Rena Dowdell, 48, Decatur Georgia, received her wings on Monday, October 3, 2022.

Priscilla, the daughter of the late Jennie Tucker and Louis Howard, was born on June 22, 1974, in Madisonville Kentucky. For most of her life, Daniel Tucker was her proclaimed father, the spouse of the late Jennie Tucker.

She attended Dream Center Church of Atlanta. She was a devoted woman of faith who loved hard.

She served as an activity's director for East Lake Arbor Rehabilitation Center in Decatur Georgia. Prior to, Priscilla worked for Marshall Health and Rehabilitation Center in Perry Florida for 24 years. While there, she served as the activity's director and a certified nursing assistant. She loved helping others. She was constantly thinking of activities to energize and entertain the residents. She loved her job. She had a knack for being very popular with the residents.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and planning activities.

She is survived by four children: Jennicia Dowdell, Mar'Kisha Dowdell, Jasmynn Dowdell, Marcus Dowdell Jr.; three grandchildren, Khi'Leigh Richardson, Quentin Oliver, Jayda Oliver; two siblings, Johnny White Jr., Danielle Tucker; one niece and three nephews; and a host of family and friends that love her dearly.
