Richard Brownell "Richie Rich" Garnett, 64, Hopkinsville, passed on Monday, June 12, 2023.

Richard, the son of the late Richard Farriss and Ester Garnett, was born on December 27, 1958, in Christian Co.

Richard was a member of First Street Baptist Church and worked at Douglas Auto Tech.

He enjoyed playing basketball, entertaining friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his niece, Shermene Sharp.

Survivors include his sister, Gloria Jones; Devoted Friend, Kathy Bussell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
