Rose Mae Johnson Armstead, Columbus, GA, died Wednesday, May 10, 2021 at her home in Columbus.

A native of Christian County, she was born January 26, 1959 daughter of the late Henry Johnson and Minnie Ruth McReynolds.

Rose was a member of Gordonsville Baptist Church. She was previously employed in Nursing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twins, Dawna Jean and Donteiza Armstead, four brothers, Herbert Johnson, James Taylor, Raymond Johnson, Henry Johnson and two sisters, Patricia Brown and Gladys Wilson

She is survived by seven sisters, Bessie (Richard) Gray, Sandra Johnson, Debra "Niecy" Johnson, Margie Jackson, Henrine Howard, Lillie Mae Johnson, Lena Waddell, two brothers, Walter (Shirley) White, and Robert Johnson.
