Sarah Elizabeth Talley Burse Cox was born September 25, 1945 in Trenton, KY to the late D S Talley and the late Ida Mae Winters.  She was formerly employed with the Pennyroyal Mental Health Center as a Mental Health Tech. She had previously worked as a Supervisor for Trace Industries.

She enjoyed fishing and working on puzzles.

She was a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Trenton, KY.

Sarah Elizabeth Talley Burse Cox passed away on May 03, 2020 at her residence in Hopkinsville, KY.

She was preceded in death by two siblings: Ruth Chambers, and Michael "Ricky" Kenner

She leaves to mourn her passing 4 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren

A private funeral for the immediate family only, due to social distancing will be held at Gamble Funeral Home on 5/09/2020.   A private burial will be held at the Pembroke Union Cemetery Pembroke, KY.
