Sharon "Paulette" Davie Abren, 75, Hopkinsville, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in Nashville, TN.

Sharon, the daughter of the late Walter Davie and Elizabeth Hampton, was born on July 28, 1949, in Christian County, KY.

Sharon was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a retired schoolteacher from Christian County and Montgomery County. She taught for 46 years in Chrisitan County Schools at Hopkinsville Middle School and Day Treatment Center on Walnut Street. She was the Principal at Morningside Elementary School, and Assistant Principal at North Drive.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Daniel Abren; Flora M. Hampton, Mary Ann Wilbert, Cloreece Davie- Brewer, Michell L Davie.

Survivors include her children, Cynthia Briggs, Aundrez (Deidra) Abren, Labarron (Brett) Abren, Darrin (Terri) Abren, Quinton (Leah Francis) Abren, Paul-Gregory (Tollisa) Abren, Brandon (Taunika) Abren, and Broadrick Abren; siblings, Pam (Larry) Jessup, Walter (Linda) Davie, Shelia Hampton, Larry (Teresa) Davie; 30 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
